Adarsh Rajan is the Chief of Staff at Vihaara Films as well as an entrepreneur working across multiple ventures. With a strong focus on operations, he plays a key role in driving new ideas, executing production plans, and efficiently managing high-pressure situations.

He also brings on-ground creative experience as an actor and model, having worked on brand shoots and featured in a Telugu film, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both production and performance.

A problem-solver at his core, Adarsh is known for his ability to adapt, take charge, and get things done, no matter the challenge.

R. Rohit Gupta
Finance Manager

Rohit Gupta has been with the parent company for over eight years and has been associated with Vihaara Medicare since its inception. He handles a significant portion of the company’s finances alongside Govind. He usually gets the best catering on set when not playing yang. 

Ch Venkateshwara Prasad
CFO

Late Ch. Venkateshwara Prasad was associated with the parent company of Vihaara Films & Vihaara Medicare for over 20 years. He was responsible for financial management and coordinated closely with the company’s Chartered Accountant.
We lost him on 16th January 2026, and the news came as a profound shock to the entire organisation. He is deeply missed by all of us. His patience, wisdom, and steady guidance played an invaluable role in shaping our journey. His presence and contributions will always be remembered with great respect and gratitude.

Govind Shinde
Finance Manager

Govind has been with the parent company since its inception and has been closely associated with Vihaara Medicare from the very beginning. He manages financial accounts and oversees key administrative operations. Govind is a patient man and not one single account goes amiss thanks to him. Govind and Rohit are like a yin and yang to the company. Interestingly, no one knows when the other is playing yang.

Pariksheth Karai 

Pariksheth is a filmmaker and aspiring director. He is a graduate of Srishti School of Art and Design, where he specialized in Film Direction, and brings over five years of experience to his work.

He has worked across both the Telugu film industry and corporate filmmaking, gaining versatile exposure in different formats. An all-rounder, Pariksheth has hands-on experience in writing, editing, cinematography, and production.

A storyteller at heart, he is also a collaborative team player who thrives on working with others to bring creative visions to life.

Didige Anusha

Anusha is a director and founder of Vihaara Films. She completed her diploma in Filmmaking from Prague Film School and also pursued a foundation programme in Interior Design at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

She has worked as an Associate Art Director in the Telugu film industry, based in South India, on projects such as Ee Nagaraniki Emaindhi and U-Turn. In addition, she has contributed to various short films and documentaries.

Anusha also taught Art Direction for a semester at Annapurna College of Film and Media, Hyderabad, Telangana. She actively strives to maintain a balance between documentaries and feature films as it helps keep her creativity fresh and versatile.

She is dedicated to creating films that are both impactful and engaging for audiences. Her first film was called ‘The Otherside’ and her next film about the Independent music industry in India title ‘Indie Chimes’
